About the role
This senior leadership position is for an experienced, commercially‑driven Hotel Operations Manager to join a well‑established hospitality group in Dublin. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, profitability and guest satisfaction across a dynamic, fast‑paced hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day hotel operations and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Lead, motivate and develop departmental management teams.
- Drive operational performance, profitability and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Monitor KPIs, labour costs, staffing levels and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, HACCP and company procedures.
- Collaborate with senior management on business strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive, high‑performance culture focused on teamwork and guest experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management.
- Strong operational and commercial management background.
- Passionate about customer service and team development.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Hands‑on management style with strong attention to detail.
