Human Resources Manager

About the role

A fantastic opportunity is now available for a passionate and organised professional to join The River Lee as our People & Culture (Human Resources) Manager. You will be responsible for all aspects of the HR function within the hotel, fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Implementing the people strategy and managing performance management processes.
• Ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and handling employee relations.
• Setting and reviewing pay structures, perks and benefits.
• Managing employee sick leave, holiday and personal time off.
• Liaising with heads of departments to implement career pathing, promotion planning and payroll.
• Supporting management in performance and succession planning.

Required profile

• Solid HR experience in a similar environment, highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills.
• Strategic mindset and genuine enthusiasm for people development.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Experience with performance management systems and payroll processes.
