About the role

Based in Dublin, Ireland, this hybrid position leads LinkedIn’s Portfolio Account Directors across the Benelux region and Israel. The International Sales Manager owns the full client sales cycle for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, driving growth in the mid‑market segment while coaching and developing a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, lead, and inspire a team of Account Directors, focusing on skill development, career growth, and performance excellence.
• Align team plans and priorities with broader Portfolio and business objectives to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide data‑driven, constructive feedback and coaching on client engagement, prioritisation, and skill gaps.
• Anticipate hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and manage the recruitment process in partnership with peer managers.
• Partner with the Senior Sales Manager and cross‑functional stakeholders to execute business priorities and market‑focused initiatives.
• Maintain operational excellence, ensuring consistent processes and metrics across the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing B2B sales teams, preferably in technology or marketing solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities with a track record of developing high‑performing sales talent.
• Data‑oriented mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple regions.
