About the role
Archer Recruitment is looking for motivated teachers who want to pivot into a high‑growth IT recruitment career. Based in Dublin, you will receive a world‑class training programme that equips you with the skills to become a recruitment specialist within 12 months.
Key responsibilities
- Complete a structured training programme covering IT recruitment fundamentals.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines for technology roles.
- Engage with corporate clients to understand hiring needs.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and present shortlists.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in teaching or education.
- Strong desire to succeed in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Dublin (Monday‑Friday).
- Eligibility to work in the EU/UK (EU/UK passport or Stamp 4 visa).

- Uncapped earning potential – average total compensation €47k+ in Year 1, €75k+ in Year 2, €100k+ by Year 3.
