Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of fire alarm and emergency lighting installations across our Fire Safety Program portfolio. The role will act as the local delivery interface, coordinating on‑site work and representing the FM operations team in workshops and meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local contact for life‑safety system installations on assigned sites.
• Manage multiple fire alarm and emergency lighting projects simultaneously across regions.
• Oversee installation quality, commissioning, and compliance with safety and site policies.
• Participate in weekly project meetings with the PM and construction team, both online and on‑site.
• Communicate progress, risks, issues, and resource needs to the central Operations team.
• Coordinate on‑site contractor activities, ensuring adherence to safety rules and security procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of installation progress, site conditions, and contractor attendance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in project coordination, site supervision, or technical installation support (construction, engineering, fire systems, etc.).
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Capability to interpret technical documents such as layouts, schematics, and installation instructions.
• Electrical background to understand fire alarm and emergency lighting installation requirements.
