Junior Quantity Surveyor – Rotational Role in Frankfurt

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join Crown’s Commercial team on a major construction project in Frankfurt, Germany. The position is site‑based and rotational, offering the chance to work on high‑value roofing, cladding and façade projects while developing a full commercial career path.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing tenders and pricing submissions.
• Carry out quantity take‑offs and produce Bills of Quantities.
• Support interim valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Help with procurement, supplier negotiations and subcontractor payment applications.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and cash flow.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and site documentation.
• Conduct site measurements, progress assessments and value‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field, or relevant industry experience.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Full driving licence and willingness to work away from home on a rotational basis.
