Lead Structural Engineer

About the role

Arcadis is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to join its Global Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) Process Department at the European ATG Group Headquarters in Citywest, Dublin. The role will focus on designing and delivering complex facilities for advanced technology sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing and data centres.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, assign and delegate engineering and design tasks to local and remote teams to produce construction documents.
• Manage project scope, budget and schedule to achieve client objectives.
• Lead plant design activities as the discipline lead and coordinate with multi‑discipline designers.
• Conduct feasibility studies, long‑range planning and full design services from schematic design through construction documents.
• Attend client sites as required and support project needs in a hybrid work environment.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary team and adapt to changing project demands.
• Proven track record of meeting commitments while maintaining flexibility.
