Lead Technical Program Manager - AI Foundations and Agents

About the role

The Lead Technical Program Manager will drive execution and delivery of AI Foundations and Agents platform initiatives, partnering with engineering, product, and architecture teams to enable rapid development of generative AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and tracking of engineering initiatives from concept through production deployment.
• Coordinate releases across multiple stakeholders and dependent teams, ensuring operational readiness.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and program increment planning.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively resolve them.
• Monitor team health, capacity, throughput, and delivery metrics to improve predictability.
• Establish mechanisms for transparent reporting and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Significant experience managing software engineering programs in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to drive delivery across multiple stakeholders and dependent teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements.
