Legal Counsel – Global Role (Dublin)

About the role

The legal team supports a global life‑sciences business from its Dublin hub. As a Legal Counsel you will work on a diverse range of commercial and strategic matters, partnering directly with business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and transactional documents.
• Support M&A transactions, intellectual property matters and corporate governance.
• Manage litigation and insurance issues in collaboration with external counsel.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to various functions across the organisation.
• Maintain a healthy work‑life balance while operating in a hybrid 4‑day onsite/1‑day remote model.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 1‑5 years post‑qualification experience.
• Strong background in commercial contracts, corporate or transactional work.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.
• Commercially pragmatic and confident in stakeholder partnership.
