The Legal Document Production Lead will join a high‑performing document production team, combining advanced technical expertise with workflow coordination and team leadership. This role operates in a fast‑paced professional services environment and focuses on the evolving use of technology in legal document management.

Required profile
- Proven experience overseeing a specialist team in a high‑performance corporate or professional services setting
- Minimum five years of legal document production experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Ability to maintain personal production delivery while leading a team
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and time management
- Clear communication skills and a service‑led approach to stakeholder management
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word (complex formatting, styles, numbering, cross‑referencing, tracked changes, tables of contents)
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint (embedding files, animations, transitions)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting)
- iManage or equivalent document management system
- Litera Compare / Draftable
- Litera docXtools or equivalent
- BigHand Workflow / Digital Dictation
- StructureFlow or equivalent
- Bundledocs
- Kofax PDF or equivalent
