About the role
We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join the commercial litigation team of a top‑tier law firm in Dublin City Centre. The position offers a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days remote, providing a balanced environment for professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document drafting, diary management and routine legal administration.
- Manage the end‑to‑end file lifecycle using the firm’s case management system.
- Prepare materials for internal and external meetings and liaise with stakeholders to meet their requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and ensure accuracy in document production.
- Arrange travel itineraries, process time records and expense reports, and greet clients and visitors professionally.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a legal secretary in a commercial litigation department.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of senior stakeholders and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high level of discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
