Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide a professional, inviting experience from entry to purchase.
• Assist shoppers with product selection, tailoring recommendations to personal style, occasion and budget.
• Achieve individual sales targets by closing sales and promoting additional services such as resizing and customisations.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the brand’s collections and the craftsmanship behind each piece.
• Foster long‑term client relationships through post‑purchase follow‑up and repeat‑business encouragement.
• Coordinate with colleagues on appointments, special requests and service‑related inquiries to support smooth store operations.

Required profile
