Maintenance Technician – Onsite (Dublin 15)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Technician to join a large multinational on an onsite basis in Dublin 15. The role involves a mix of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry tasks, offering a great opportunity for learning and development within a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Electrical installations and repairs such as changing light bulbs, switches and sockets.
• Plumbing work including unblocking drains, repairing pipes and fitting sanitaryware.
• HVAC duties like cleaning units and changing filters.
• General building maintenance – painting, lock replacement, litter picking and keeping walkways clear.

Required profile

• Residence within a short commute of Dublin 15.
• Valid work permit (Stamp 1G) – spousal permits not accepted.
• Previous experience as a tradesperson or in a general maintenance role.
• Qualification in electrical work or plumbing.
