Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

This position offers a great opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to support day‑to‑day operations in a regulated production environment. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure processes are safe, efficient, and compliant while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor process performance and assist in resolving equipment or process issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance and other support teams to deliver practical engineering solutions.
• Participate in troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and corrective‑action activities.
• Support validation, change control, and documentation in line with site quality requirements.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects and new equipment introductions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Automation or related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of post‑qualification engineering experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability, independent work style, and teamwork orientation.
• Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to documentation and compliance.
