Marketing Manager – Medical Devices Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially‑focused Marketing Manager to own the strategy, budget and execution for a well‑established medical devices portfolio in Ireland. This hands‑on leadership position works closely with sales, supplier partners and senior leadership to drive growth and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy and annual plans aligned with commercial objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget, prioritise spend, measure ROI and track performance.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team of marketing professionals.
• Take a hands‑on role in product launches, campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Drive product and portfolio marketing throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with supplier partners to ensure alignment on marketing activities.
• Partner with sales teams to create sales‑enablement tools, training and campaigns.
• Analyse marketing and commercial data to generate insights for decision‑making.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven marketing experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical or related sectors.
• Track record of developing and delivering strategies that drive business growth.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of healthcare, clinical and procurement environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally with sales and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a hands‑on, player‑manager capacity.
