Mechanical Project Manager / Site Manager – Dublin

About the role

We are partnering with a well‑established Irish M&E contractor to strengthen its project delivery team. The role will lead mechanical projects from mobilisation through commissioning and handover, ensuring safe and on‑time delivery across a range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead mechanical project delivery from mobilisation to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour on site.
• Manage programme, quality and health & safety performance.
• Work closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams.
• Support project planning, reporting and overall execution.
• Ensure projects meet the highest standards of safety, schedule and quality.

Required profile

• Background as a Mechanical Site Manager, Mechanical Project Manager or Package Manager.
• Proven experience delivering building services, M&E or mechanical construction projects.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, commercial, industrial or data‑centre environments is advantageous.
