Mid-Market AI Business Partner – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a curious Mid‑Market AI Business Partner who will engage senior leaders at FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies. The role is a strategic discovery and advisory position focused on AI transformation, data strategy, and creating business value.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Lead executive‑level discovery conversations with C‑suite and senior stakeholders.
• Map complex organisations, shape account strategy and develop strategic hypotheses for AI use cases.
• Partner with Account Directors on account planning, research and meeting preparation.
• Own qualification and warm hand‑off of high‑quality opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting and activity records.
• Continuously build AI, SaaS and market expertise.

Required profile

• Completed High School Diploma (Irish Leaving Cert or equivalent).
• Native or near‑native English and French (C1 level).
• 3+ years of B2B tech sales, inside sales or business development experience, preferably in AI, SaaS or enterprise solutions.
• Strong account planning and development background.
• Technical curiosity and ability to simplify complex topics.
