About the role

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Mood Ice Cream Parlour Assistant to join our team on a part‑time basis. You will be the face of our ice‑cream parlour, ensuring every customer enjoys a high‑quality product and a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold ice‑cream products and pre‑packed foods to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain clean and well‑presented counter displays, self‑serve units, and coffee areas throughout the shift.
• Package, weigh, price, and rotate products, ensuring correct dating and attractive presentation.
• Share product knowledge, recipes, and personal recommendations with customers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely and in line with store policy.
• Operate all equipment safely and adhere to food‑safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve the department and drive sales.

Required skills
