New Car Sales Executive

About the role

Audi Wexford is seeking an ambitious, customer‑focused New Car Sales Executive to join its dealership team. You will help customers discover the perfect Audi, delivering a premium sales experience from first contact through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience at every stage of the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Proactively generate and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell new Audi vehicles, finance products, and related services.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Audi models, stock availability, and upcoming releases.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and comply with financial services regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support dealership events and promotions.

Required profile

• A degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Full clean driving licence.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for sales, customer service and the automotive industry.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and eager to succeed.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or sales is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
