Night Manager – Hotel Operations

About the role

Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Night Manager and oversee the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. You will ensure exceptional guest service, maintain health and safety standards, and lead the night team to deliver consistent quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage night front‑office duties, including night audit, guest check‑in and check‑out.
• Supervise Night Porters and coordinate their nightly tasks.
• Oversee food & beverage service during night shifts.
• Ensure health & safety compliance, conduct fire walks and security checks, and provide first‑aid support when needed.
• Lead the night team through mystery audits, guest comment analysis, and quality evaluations.
• Contribute to strategic hotel operations and support career development of team members.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a night or reception role within the hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and front‑office procedures.
• Excellent organisational and people‑leadership abilities.
• Warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor with guests and staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera hotel management software.
• Experience using the Brilliant electronic front‑office system.
