About the role
Ballygarry Estate is looking for a reliable Night Porter to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for overnight guests while maintaining the safety and security of the property during night hours.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests arriving late, handling check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
- Maintain security and safety of the premises throughout the night shift.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Assist with basic housekeeping and minor maintenance tasks as needed.
- Uphold the hotel's integrity, confidentiality, and standards at all times.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel services is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
