Night Reception Team Member – Hospitality Role

About the role

Join Staycity, a leading urban aparthotel brand, as a Night Reception Team Member. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing Staycity with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Greet guests, handle check‑ins and check‑outs, and respond to enquiries during night hours.
• Maintain accurate records using the property management system.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and secure throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during night hours.

Required skills

• Opera PMS (experience beneficial but not required).
