Night Reception Team Member

About the role

We are seeking a Night Reception Team Member to join Staycity’s night team, delivering outstanding guest experiences throughout the overnight shift. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Staycity as a brand ambassador with joy, passion and enthusiasm.
• Greet guests, make a strong first impression and provide accurate information.
• Communicate confidently with guests to address their needs and resolve issues.
• Handle night‑reception duties, including check‑in/check‑out procedures and logging guest activity.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a similar property is helpful but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the Opera property management system is advantageous but not required.
