Nighttime Guest Service Agent – Hotel Reception

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our hotel team on night shifts. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving after hours, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with luggage, doors, and elevators, and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Provide accurate information on hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, handling complaints and coordinating with other staff for swift resolution.
• Promote hotel facilities, collect guest feedback, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Lead the night shift independently, following crisis response and fire safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work autonomously.
• Full clean driver’s licence and punctual, reliable attendance.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Experience with the Opera property management system.
• Ability to compile reports and follow strict procedural guidelines.
