Offshore Project Manager – Capital Projects

About the role

We are seeking an Offshore Project Manager to join our Capital Programme Delivery team in Dublin. You will work directly with infrastructure clients to deliver large‑scale offshore and marine capital programmes, shaping Ireland’s energy and infrastructure future.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with generation & transmission companies, government bodies and developers to deliver major offshore projects.
• Advise clients across the full capital project lifecycle, from mobilisation and operating model design to delivery strategy.
• Manage project deliverables, ensuring they meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Maintain project plans, risk/assumption/issue logs, dependencies and budgets.
• Produce high‑quality reports, presentations and client deliverables.
• Lead small engagements or workstreams and assess programme maturity.
• Support client account management, financial oversight and business development activities.
• Coach, mentor and contribute to team development and recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 3rd‑level qualification in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in offshore, marine or large‑scale capital projects (assistant PM level ~3–6 years, senior levels higher).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
