Onboarding Specialist – French Market (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Onboarding Specialist to join our e‑commerce platform team in Dublin. You will be the primary point of contact for newly registered sellers, guiding them from account approval through launch readiness and ensuring they have everything needed for a successful start.

Key responsibilities

• Validate seller account setup, tooling access and compliance with onboarding policies.
• Drive sellers through defined activation milestones, monitoring progress and holding them accountable for required steps.
• Execute onboarding workflows using internal tools, maintaining accurate documentation and status tracking.
• Deliver structured education sessions to equip sellers with best practices and confidence to grow on the platform.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Category Management and Operations teams to provide seamless cross‑functional support.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in sales, sales support, onboarding or customer success, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Fluent French language skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to document activities and maintain data integrity.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to set clear expectations, track milestones and follow up consistently.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems and onboarding tools.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract until 31 December 2026.
• Hybrid work model based in Dublin 15.
• Annual salary of €51,400 pro‑rata.
