Onsite Project Manager – University Campus

About the role

Mitie Ireland is seeking an onsite Project Manager to lead a varied portfolio of construction and built‑environment projects at a third‑level university campus in Dublin. You will own the delivery of quoted works, reactive maintenance tasks and larger capital projects across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver construction and built‑environment projects from initiation through handover, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Implement appropriate project governance, documentation and reporting for each project.
• Maintain accurate records of actions, risks, budgets and progress using MS Project or Monday.com.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements, scope and expectations.
• Manage design‑team consultants and act as the primary point of contact for project communications and issue resolution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary works including engineering services, sustainable technologies, general construction and building‑fabric upgrades.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering construction or built‑environment projects in a live operational setting.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and resolve issues promptly.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously across diverse technical disciplines.
