Operator II – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Jabil is seeking an Operator II for a six‑month fixed‑term contract to support production of high‑quality products in a safe, efficient environment. The role involves operating equipment, inspecting components, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all work instructions, procedures, and safety policies.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform component inspections.
• Complete production documentation accurately and meet production targets.
• Support company quality programs, Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strict data integrity and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in safety programs and achieve 100% compliance with monthly safety training.

Required profile

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience; cGMP experience preferred.
• Experience in Quality Control or Metrology is an advantage.
• Fluent English with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, committed, and results‑oriented attitude.
