About the role
Specsavers Lisduggan is seeking a qualified optometrist to join as a business partner. You will own 50% of the store, lead the clinical team, and benefit from a strong customer base and modern facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the store’s clinical and retail teams.
- Drive sight‑test volumes and expand the contact‑lens offering.
- Maintain high standards of patient care using the latest clinical technology.
- Manage commercial performance and contribute to profit growth.
Required profile
- Qualified CORU Optometrist.
- Strong leadership and customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team.
- Solid commercial knowledge.
- Team‑building mindset.
Required skills
- Experience with Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) technology.
