P&C Knowledge & Content Intern

About the role

The Knowledge team keeps information seamless, accurate and accessible across the People and Culture (P&C) organization. As Knowledge & Content Intern you will work closely with the team to help global employees find answers, navigate P&C processes and use the internal Help Center. The role gives direct exposure to every aspect of People and Culture, with mentorship from the Head of Programs and Partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit and publish clear, user-friendly Help Center articles, and audit existing resources for accuracy.
• Collaborate with teams such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Operations, Global Programs, People Partners and Talent Management & Development to turn complex policies and workflows into simple guidebooks and FAQs.
• Help audit, tag and organize content so it is easier to find in the internal knowledge portal.
• Learn modern knowledge bases, content management systems and ticketing tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Spot content gaps, outdated information and friction points in user feedback, and suggest improvements to the employee self-service experience.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, English, Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Journalism or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills, able to simplify complex procedures and policies.
• Aptitude for technology and systems, quick to learn new tools and platforms.
• Comfortable asking subject matter experts across departments for details and feedback.
• Analytical and creative problem solver, with attention to detail on grammar and formatting.
