Plumbing / Mechanical Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing / Mechanical Site Supervisor to lead domestic and residential projects across Dublin and Louth. The role combines hands‑on installation work with team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Study mechanical layouts using Procore and flag issues during pre‑start meetings.
• Oversee the installation of mechanical systems, including piping and fixtures.
• Lead site operatives and apprentices, coordinating with senior leadership.
• Maintain site safety, conduct inspections, and manage accident protocols.
• Keep accurate site records and report issues to the main contractor.
• Support material ordering, delivery logistics, and procurement.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and capture RFIs, damage, theft, and scope changes through Procore.

Required profile

• Qualified plumber with supervisory experience.
• Strong communicator able to lead teams under pressure.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Valid safety certifications.
• Organised, proactive and solutions‑focused.
