Product Management & Delivery – ETF Funds

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Management & Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of new active and white‑label ETF launches, from regulatory filing through to market launch and subsequent product events.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global project plans, milestones and critical paths for multiple concurrent ETF launches.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams (Investment, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Tax, Finance, Distribution, Marketing, Capital Markets) to achieve operational readiness.
• Manage external service providers such as administrators, custodians, depositaries and transfer agents.
• Track launch readiness criteria, maintain RAID logs and ensure all regulatory and technology requirements are met before go‑live.
• Oversee post‑launch monitoring, early‑life activities and transition to business‑as‑usual product management.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think creatively and remove ambiguity.
• Highly structured, methodical execution and keen risk‑identification skills.
• Deep understanding of the UCITS/ETF operating model and regulatory requirements for active ETF launches.
• Proven experience coordinating senior stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage high‑pressure, concurrent launches.

Required skills

• Significant experience in asset management, ETF operations and fund implementation.
• Demonstrable project‑management experience delivering complex investment products.
• Strong cross‑functional project‑management, change‑management and process‑improvement capabilities.
