Project Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from groundworks through to completion across a variety of building types. This permanent role offers long‑term career development within a growing company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate project teams, contractors and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality standards and compliance with specifications.
• Enforce PPE requirements and uphold health, safety and environmental policies on site.
• Lead and mentor site teams, including junior staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships throughout all project phases.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Level 7 qualification or equivalent in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Registration as a Project Manager is an advantage.
• Familiarity with public procurement, BCAR, PSDP/PSCS and Irish Building Regulations Part L.
• Excellent report writing, communication and client‑engagement skills.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven with strong time‑keeping.
• Full clean driving licence.
