Project Manager – Data Centre Build & Deploy (Ireland)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑profile data centre construction projects across Ireland. You will own the full project lifecycle, from permitting and design through to final handover, ensuring each delivery meets strict schedule, budget, quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct projects from initial permitting and design phases through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, including internal stakeholders, external consultants, designers, contractors and specialised vendors.
• Apply deep knowledge of data centre technical requirements and industry standards to mitigate risks.
• Drive day‑to‑day operations autonomously, escalating complex site issues when necessary.
• Serve as the primary client and stakeholder contact, managing expectations and ensuring briefs are executed accurately.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of overall construction project management experience.
• Minimum 6 years delivering projects within data centres or comparable mission‑critical sectors (pharma, energy, infrastructure, life sciences).
• Experience in a construction consultancy, client‑side, developer environment, or strong contractor background.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering or quantity surveying.
