Project Manager – Data Centre Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced CSA Project Manager to join a leading data‑centre construction company on a new project in Dublin. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for delivering the civil, structural and architectural packages, ensuring safety, quality and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead and oversee CSA work packages including structural steel, concrete, cladding and roofing.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and consultants, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Track critical milestones, analyse progress and mitigate schedule slippage.
• Review construction proposals, pricing and scopes of work.
• Facilitate client and project meetings, reporting on cost factors and preparing detailed cost reports.
• Apply construction procurement methods and manage long‑lead equipment requirements.
• Validate and audit cost estimates, support engineering decisions on design‑build changes.
• Oversee material and equipment delivery, scheduling consultant reviews and invoice approvals.
• Manage project close‑out, ensuring handover documentation and warranties are completed.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in engineering, project delivery or a related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing structural, steel, concrete, cladding and roofing packages on large projects.
• Data‑centre project experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication and time‑management abilities.
• Legal right to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship available).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with project management software.
