Project Manager – Fire & Security Projects

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Project Manager to lead fire and security projects across Ireland. The role will manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to hand‑over, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and budget projects, allocating resources and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience including planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams, vendors and subcontractors in a technical or construction environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of fire and security systems or broader building services, with understanding of safety and regulatory requirements (or willingness to develop).
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple projects simultaneously and make decisions under time constraints.
• Relevant academic background such as engineering or construction management; project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
