Project Manager – High-Density Residential Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-density residential construction projects across South Dublin, overseeing the full delivery cycle from planning and design to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects through all phases, from pre-construction to final handover.
• Coordinate design teams, consultants, subcontractors, utility providers and suppliers.
• Oversee project programming, budgeting, procurement and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, building regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with clients, design teams, local authorities and residents.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks while driving programme delivery.
• Lead site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to high standards.

Required profile

• Degree qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering high-density residential developments, including apartment schemes and multi-unit housing.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methodologies, planning conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, consultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Track record of delivering projects on schedule, within budget and to a high-quality finish.
