Project Manager

About the role

Vertiv’s Letterkenny facility is a key hub for designing and manufacturing modular data centre solutions. The company is expanding and seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from concept through to hand‑over, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception, design review, procurement, installation, commissioning to hand‑over.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors and resources to meet programme and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or issues and implement effective solutions.
• Attend site and client meetings to ensure expectations are met.
• Oversee procurement processes, track deliveries and maintain audit trails.
• Liaise with contractors and stakeholders for smooth delivery and clear communication.
• Track project costs, expenditure and performance, maintaining strong commercial control.
• Take responsibility for overall project delivery, including financial and management aspects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a project management role within construction, engineering or a similar environment.
• Experience managing subcontractors, site activities and project programmes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness with budgeting and cost‑control experience.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.
