Project Manager – Large‑Scale Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale construction projects for a leading contractor in Wexford. You will own the full project lifecycle, from pre‑construction planning through to handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases, coordinating design, subcontractors, engineers and site teams.
• Develop and monitor weekly work programmes, produce progress reports and ensure milestones are met.
• Liaise with clients, commercial teams and key stakeholders to align delivery with financial objectives.
• Manage RFIs, design workshops and subcontractor relationships.
• Promote a strong health & safety culture and chair regular project meetings.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or civil engineering.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
