Quality Manager – Denmark

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead the full quality function on a major data centre construction project in Denmark. You will set quality standards, drive consistency, and ensure right‑first‑time delivery from build through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the project Quality Plan.
• Lead QA/QC teams across Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) and Civil Structural Activities (CSA).
• Oversee all quality documentation, approvals and compliance records.
• Drive Non‑Conformance Report (NCR) resolution, conduct root‑cause analysis and manage corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven QA/QC leadership on large construction projects.
• Strong expertise in MEP and/or CSA quality processes.
• Demonstrated team leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• EU passport is essential.
