About the role

We are seeking qualified Quantity Surveyors based in Ireland to join Shorterm Group. The role involves a European rotation, spending 17 weeks on‑site in one of our data‑centre projects in Holland, Spain or Germany, followed by a 4‑week interval. Candidates with prior data‑centre experience are especially valued.

Key responsibilities

Carry out quantity surveying tasks for data‑centre projects during the on‑site rotation periods.
Collaborate with project teams across the assigned European locations.

Required profile

Based in Ireland and willing to relocate temporarily to Holland, Spain or Germany.
Flexibility to work on a 17‑week on‑site and 4‑week off‑site rotation schedule.

Required skills

Data centre experience.
