Regional Facilities Manager

About the role

Your new role as Regional Facilities Manager will involve overseeing the maintenance, compliance and operational performance of multiple retail sites across Leinster.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day facilities operations across a regional portfolio of retail sites.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programmes to ensure safe, compliant and fully operational facilities.
• Monitor contractor and vendor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct audits, inspections and asset condition reviews, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
• Manage regional budgets, forecasts and cost‑control initiatives.
• Lead refurbishment, renewal and improvement projects from planning through delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety and statutory maintenance requirements.
• Prepare operational and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Support and develop facilities teams, technicians and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management, including leadership of multi‑site operations.
• Strong understanding of building services, maintenance systems and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing contractors, permits‑to‑work and service delivery performance.
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across Leinster.
• Availability to support occasional out‑of‑hours or emergency response requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAFM/FM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
