About the role
Rí-Rá Brewing Company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across East Leinster. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead face‑to‑face sales activities, manage key accounts and develop new market routes for our beer portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales with existing customers across on‑trade and off‑trade channels (approximately 50% each).
- Lead and develop a direct report responsible for account delivery and merchandising.
- Design and implement digital CRM selling strategies.
- Identify and secure disruptive market opportunities such as Just Eat and Amazon.
- Generate new business across all sales channels.
- Plan and execute regional sponsorship strategies and activations.
Required profile
- Proven experience in the beer or broader beverage industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to navigate detailed margin and pricing discussions.
- Excellent relationship‑management skills in a matrix environment.
- People‑management experience, capable of developing direct reports.
