About the role

We are seeking a people‑focused Regional Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing, field‑based team of Account Managers in Dublin. You will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership to drive sustainable growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to meet regional objectives and KPIs.
• Create a positive, high‑performance culture centred on growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen customer partnerships to support long‑term business success.
• Coordinate regional meetings, product launches, and performance reviews.
• Support change initiatives while ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading and developing field‑based sales teams.
• Strong commercial background, preferably within technical solutions or complex products.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to inspire, influence, and manage change effectively.
• Degree qualification (Master’s preferred).
