Remote EU Prescribing Physician (Telemedicine)

About the role

We are seeking a licensed medical doctor to join our European online clinic that provides gender‑affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) to transgender and gender‑diverse adults across the EU. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any EU‑based location while ensuring safe, ethical, and evidence‑based care.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve electronic and paper prescriptions accurately and within service‑level agreements.
• Prepare, sign, and dispatch paper prescriptions via postal mail.
• Maintain meticulous documentation for audit and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure all prescribing activities comply with EU medical regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Valid medical registration/license in a European country (Ireland, the Netherlands, Estonia preferred, but other EU licences considered).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a secure computer suitable for telemedicine work.
• Fluent English (mandatory) for all communications and documentation.
