Restaurant Team Lead

About the role

Aramark is seeking a proactive Restaurant Team Lead to oversee daily operations in a busy dining environment. You will act as the bridge between the management team and front‑line staff, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and brand presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Management Team and perform supervisory duties across the restaurant.
• Ensure all team members follow company policies, HACCP, and Health & Safety procedures.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff using the Buddy System.
• Conduct regular team meetings to share best practices and service expectations.
• Provide detailed performance feedback during daily briefings with the line manager.
• Maintain brand standards and compliance in all customer‑facing areas.
• Deliver quality customer service, handle enquiries and complaints in line with SLA.
• Delegate tasks, monitor timelines, and secure the premises at the end of each shift.
• Support the unit manager with administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Previous experience in a similar supervisory role within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and make intuitive decisions.
