Retail Area Manager – Multi‑site Fashion Retail Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced multi‑site fashion retail leader to oversee Bershka stores across Ireland. This field‑based position focuses on supporting store teams, driving commercial performance, and ensuring consistent brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales performance across all stores and analyse product results to guide commercial and visual adjustments.
• Implement and adapt commercial strategies for the Irish market, monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities.
• Deliver workshops that improve sales and elevate the customer experience.
• Ensure strong daily store operations, including replenishment, delivery flow, stockroom organisation and payroll productivity.
• Support loss‑prevention initiatives to achieve shrinkage targets and maintain health, safety and operational compliance.
• Coach and develop Store Managers, build succession plans and partner with HR on staffing, training and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Area Manager or multi‑site manager in fashion retail.
• Strong commercial awareness, decision‑making skills and hands‑on experience leading store operations.
• Proven ability to coach managers across multiple locations and adapt global brand strategies to local customers.
• Knowledge of Irish retail operations and employment standards.
• Passion for fashion, trends and delivering excellent customer experiences.
