Sales Development Representative - DACH Market

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a Sales Development Representative for its DACH market, based in its Dublin office, which is described as the European hub of the corporate sales organisation. The role suits high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen and natural sales instincts, offering a clear learning and earning path.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads
• Achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities
• Contact customers by telephone and email to analyse their needs
• Profile accounts and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities for Account Executives
• Work with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion
• Maintain active communication with leads by sending monthly targeted materials
• Follow up across channels to uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, graduated in 2025 or 2026
• Fluency in German and English
• Ability to work in a high-energy sales environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated, ambitious and eager to work in sales
