Seasonal Store Colleague

About the role

As a Seasonal Store Colleague you will help deliver an outstanding customer experience during one of the busiest periods of the year. You will support daily store operations, maintain presentation standards and work closely with your teammates on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a positive, welcoming experience for customers, offering product information and support.
• Replenish stock, ensure product availability and maintain high presentation standards across the shop floor.
• Process transactions, handle stock, prepare deliveries and use in‑store technology to support operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly during peak trading periods.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, especially during the festive period.
• Attention to detail and willingness to follow company policies and health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required skills

• Basic use of in‑store technology and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Organisational skills to keep fixtures, displays and stock areas clean and well‑maintained.
