Senior BIM Coordinator – Dublin

About the role

Tritech Group is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to join its in‑house team in Dublin. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality BIM models for complex construction projects across sectors such as pharmaceutical, data centres, healthcare and commercial developments. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and supervisors to ensure seamless coordination and clash resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain collaborative 3D BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Produce and manage weekly clash detection reports and coordinate resolution with all stakeholders.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and liaise with the BIM Manager, Project Manager and Project Engineer.
• Generate construction drawings, as‑built documentation, COBie data and asset information models.
• Create AutoCAD mechanical and electrical schematics and BIM renders for reports.
• Monitor incoming and shared models, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, specifically with Revit and Navisworks.
• Background in mechanical/electrical (M&E) services coordination.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to resolve coordination issues efficiently.
